Description of work:
The works consist of the renovation of the Chapel, Workshop and Generator house situated in the Sint Maarten Prison & House of detention located on the Mountain dove road #48 in Point Blanche, Sint Maarten. The works are to be executed as according to the tender documents dated 11 January 2021, prepared by Independent Consulting Engineers NV. Works include installation of concrete roofs and renovation/upgrading of the roofs & façade.

Information Meeting
An exterior walk through is planned for July 9th 2021 at 9 am. Masks are required. After the walk through a virtual information meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams at 2 pm in which questions may be posed. Interested contractors need to confirm through the above mentioned email their presence at the walk through and at the teams meeting.
The minutes of the information meeting and memorandum of amendments will be provided to the meeting attendees by means of email at least 7 days before the tender date.
The Tender Date
Bids must be submitted in a closed envelope at the office of ICE NV on the Zaegersgut road in Philipsburg addresses to Mr. Yuri Daal on July 30th 2020 at 10 A.M. sharp.
All bids should be submitted prior to this time.
The envelope has to be clearly marked: ”Renovation of the Chapel, Workshop and generator House at the Prison & House of Detention” and should have the contractors name and contact information.
The Bids will be opened at 2 PM and all bidders who would like to be present can do so virtually via Microsoft Teams.
