The Court of Guardianship, wishes to remind those persons receiving child support payments via the Court of Guardianship, that the systems of Republic Bank (St. Maarten) N.V.  have gone live on April 4, 2022. Therefore your deposit account number on file at the Court of Guardianship will no longer be accurate.

We are hereby requesting all persons to make contact with the office of the Court of Guardianship and provide your new account number.
